"Was amazed at the speedy delivery..."
I was really surprised at how fast my order showed up. Plus, when I found a wrong mains lead in the package, they sent a replacement the very next day. Super efficient! And the price was fantastic as well. Cheers, folks!

Had a really awesome experience with my first purchase from Audioserv. Super happy to see the Pioneer DDJ800 available. The ordering process was a breeze and the delivery was lightning quick. There was a hiccup with the controller, but they really went above and beyond to fix it, even picking it up when their courier dropped the ball, and delivering a replacement. Communication was top-notch all the way. I totally recommend Audioserv - their customer service is truly exceptional.

"Super Supportive Team"
The team was super supportive. I reached out about availability before making my purchase, and the folks I chatted with were really nice and accommodating. The only hiccup was that I didn’t get a confirmation email after I bought it. There was no word on the delivery either. But hey, the delivery was fast, so props for that! I’ll surely shop with you again.

"Exceptional Customer Support"
The friendly assistance and guidance I received during my initial phone call really put me at ease while purchasing a pricey piece of equipment that I've had the opportunity to test out.
I was also taken aback that an email I shot off after hours, inquiring about the delivery status, got a response in roughly 20 minutes. I thought I'd be waiting until the following day.
I can't recommend them enough!

"Not one to usually review, but this one’s special..."
I don’t often write reviews, but this company really deserves a big thumbs up! I purchased a Reloop controller, and when I discovered a problem with the unit, the team was fantastic in sorting out a replacement without any fuss. They also had the best price online. You know, good service is often measured by how a company handles issues, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Audioserv came through with the product I needed, at a price that suited me just fine, and it arrived quickly in a nicely packed box. I can’t help but commend them for a level of service that a lot of businesses seem to have a hard time matching. Seriously, who even needs eBay?
